Angel Card Readings
I Believe ...
God's love has provided us with Guardian Angels and Guides, to light our way and help us through life.
It’s nice to know we have a ‘team’ who is encouraging us throughout our lives.
God knows our hearts, loves us, and when we ask for help, we are blessed in the ways our prayers are answered.
(Sometimes, NOT the answer we’d like … but … each answer helps us to grow into more of who we are).
An Angel Card Reading, is simply a way for our Angels and Guides to connect with us in a language we can understand through the words, pictures, colors and feelings we get when we see the cards.

Massage, Gua Sha & Nurturing Sessions
When you arrive for a session, I provide you a peaceful space
where you can let go of the outside world
and simply be in the present moment.
Your body, mind and Spirit need purposeful time
to be renewed and restored.
I provide the time and space for you
to come in and relax.
Massage and Gua Sha
help manage pain, anxiety, depression and insomnia.
Some benefits include:
Releasing tight muscles and relief from tension headaches.
Gua Sha is an ancient traditional Chinese healing technique
that involves scraping the skin with a tool to improve circulation
and relieve pain. Gua Sha is gentle overall, and the intensity can build depending on the types of knots that I encounter.
In doing Gua Sha, the hope is that any symptoms you’re experiencing will subside. That’s the overall goal.
It works hand-in-hand with your massage session.
It will bring forward a sense of healing, balance, well-being and peace.
Nurturing Sessions
A Nurturing Session is 30 Minutes.
It does not include Gua Sha.
You remain clothed except for your socks!
I focus on your neck, face, hands and feet.
It's a powerful, relaxing, restorative session
experienced in a short period of time.

Long Distance Spiritual Guidance & Energy Session
Distance does not matter
with Spiritual Guidance, and Energy Work.
We cannot see energy flowing, but we can feel it.
How this works:
We will have an email, text, video or phone conversation
regarding the situation you want to address.
If you like, I will share what I feel with your energy centers/Chakras,
Are they opened or closed? I will pull a card from John Holland's deck to see what support, guidance or insight may be helpful for you from God, your Angels and Guides.
Get comfy on your sofa, chair, floor, bed
or even on the ground in your backyard!
For the minutes remaining, I will hold space for you,
allowing Energy, Light and Love
to flow exactly where it's needed.
All you do is relax, open your heart and mind and receive.
Following your session, you may have peace,
more energy, perhaps tears or joy.
